ASHSP Notice of AGM and RegistrationYou are invited to attend the 2024 ASHSP Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday May 25th, 2024, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM MDT. Location: Virtual Zoom Meeting (Link to be sent out 10 days before the Meeting date) As the meeting will be virtual using zoom, members are required to register their intent to attend virtually using the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ASHSP2024AGM Please respond by May 11th, 2024. If required, detailed instructions and sign-in information will be updated no later than ten (10) days before the AGM and posted on the ASHSP website as well as emailed to members that have registered. As per ASHSP bylaws, any member in good standing who wishes to put their name forward for a board position for the fiscal year 2024-2025 must do so no later than 11:59 pm MDT April 28, 2024, by emailing their intention to run to the ASHSP Secretary at [email protected]. Members who put their name forward will receive a confirmation email from the secretary. According to the bylaws, you may only put your name forward for one position. All relevant documents, including the agenda, names of candidates/appointees, and voting items will be posted to the ASHSP website by, May 15th, 2024. Voting will open during the AGM and close June 8th, 2024 at 11:59 pm MDT. Voting will be conducted using Election Buddy (App or online). Please visit the ASHSP.ca website for AGM materials and webcast information.
